Account Verification

We verify every new account by checking your ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal. This protects you from fraud and keeps your winnings secure. Verification takes one to three business days.

Data Retention

We keep your account data, transaction history, and gameplay records for seven years after closure, as required by audit and compliance standards. You can request a full data export at any time via your account settings.

Payment Security

All deposits and withdrawals are encrypted and logged. Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed through certified payment processors. We retain evidence of every transaction for dispute resolution.

Your account remains active, but you cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete. You can still deposit and play. Submit your ID and address proof from your account settings. Verification usually takes one to three business days. If documents are unclear, support will request new images.

Yes. Go to your account settings and select 'Close Account'. We process closure requests within 24 hours. If you have an outstanding balance, we'll transfer it to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, but you can create a new account after 30 days.

Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. Maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 10,000,000. Withdrawals follow the same limits. We may apply hold periods to large or unusual withdrawals for verification. Hold periods do not exceed five business days.

Access to alpha66 depends on local law where you are located. We serve players in Indonesia and supported regions only. If you move outside a supported region, your account access may be suspended until you return or confirm your location with us.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Payment Methods or Settings > Email, and update them. Changes to email take effect immediately; payment method changes apply to your next transaction. We verify large payment method changes within 24 hours for security.
